Jonothan M. Royal, DMD
Dr. Royal has practiced general dentistry in South Florida for over 27 years. Originally born in Kentucky, Dr. Royal graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry.
While practicing dentistry in Boca Raton, Dr. Royal served the South Palm Beach County Dental Association as Children's Dental Health Month Chairman, Secretary, Editor and Vice President.
Dr. Royal is a strong believer in lifelong continuing education. He consistently acquires 2-3 times the required credits for licensure in the state of Florida. He strives to stay current on all the latest technological advances to be able to offer his patients all current options for optimal dental health and esthetics.
In his free time, Dr. Royal enjoys coaching youth sports. He has coached high-level travel soccer for over 20 years, and holds national level coaching certificates. He has also coached softball, football, basketball and hare scramble dirt bike racing. Dr. Royal and his family have also competed on horseback in team sorting, team penning, cutting, reigning and reigning cow horse competitions.
One of Dr. Royal's greatest joys in life is the warm satisfaction of changing a person's life with the complete restoration of a healthy smile, especially for a patient who spent most of their life terrified of the dentist.
Kat Sidles, Office Administrator
Kat supervises all team members and coordinates office flow. Kat started her career with dental assisting in 2007. She quickly fell in love with the office management in the dental field and continued her education to best serve patients. Kat’s passion for her work is displayed by the individual focus on meeting our patients’ comfort and needs. She feels very fulfilled when she is able to take a fearful patient with complex dental issues and help transform them into the confident rejuvenated person they deserve to be! In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, the outdoors, going to church, and spending time with her beautiful three children.
Tracie Minner, Treatment Coordinator
Tracie has been in the dental field for over 30 years as a treatment coordinator and insurance coordinator. Her goal is to educate the patients in understanding their treatment and helping them find affordable ways to fit advanced dentistry into their lifestyle. She feels the best part of working in the dental field is hearing what kind of difference we make in people’s lives. Tracie strives to ensure our primary purpose of helping our patients achieve and maintain a beautiful smile. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and being out on the water.

Lauren was raised in upstate New York and moved to Florida in 2002. She had the wonderful opportunity to live in Georgia and Colorado due to her husbands time in the United States Army. She graduated from Indian River State College with a certificate in dental assisting and applied technology. Oral health has always been a top priority and she enjoys educating her patients. She enjoys working out, Disney trips, and spending time with her husband and three children.
Shannon Hall, Patient Coordinator
Shannon was born and raised in Vero Beach, Florida. She loves making a difference in people’s lives which is what originally drew her to dentistry. Shannon graduated from Indian River State College with an Associate of Science in Dental Assisting Technology & Management. She didn’t stop there she decided to continue her education and received her Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management. Having worked in all areas of the dental field she understands the importance of good oral health. “The best part of working in the dental field is the end results. I love seeing someone who was afraid of the dentist concur their fear. It’s a feeling like no other.” She has been married for 20 years and has five fur babies. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, kayaking, going to the beach, photography, and spending time with family.
